Together with , our Country Manager, Norway we're strengthening the SME sales team.In 2024, as international growth remains one of LeadDesk's priorities (because how else do we continue calling ourselves a growth company? ), we're going to be quite busy.It also means we need your help and can't wait to welcome the Sales Development Representative (SDR) to our team in Oslo.What's in it for you

  • You have a certain number of qualified sales opportunities created each month. As a result, our Account Managers can approach qualified leads.
  • You've learnt the ins and outs of LeadDesk's product and buyer persona. This is reflected in your effective pitches and connecting customers' needs to our solution.
  • You've earned your stripes to be promoted to Account Manager. For example, you get to have your own client meetings and close deals.
What you can expect as our SDR at LeadDesk
  • You'll be connecting with prospects and providing a stellar first impression of LeadDesk and our product.
  • You'll be qualifying prospects while knowing which ones aren't the right fit.
  • You'll be working closely with the Account Managers and Country Manager to ensure smooth sales processes.

  • Appetite for hunting new clients.
  • Resilience. You know how to handle objections and remain upbeat.
  • Ambition and coachability to learn on the go and develop into a high-performing SDR.
  • Structured and target-driven way of working.
  • Top-notch communication and organizational skills.
  • Active listening skills. Nothing can ask questions and listen to answers like a human!
  • Ability to make a positive first impression and swiftly win your prospects' trust.
Nice-to-haves
  • Previous B2C or B2B experience in working in (ideally) telesales or a call center.
  • Understanding of sales processes and B2B sales.
  • Prospecting skills.
  • Knowledge of tools like Hubspot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
