- You have a certain number of qualified sales opportunities created each month. As a result, our Account Managers can approach qualified leads.
- You've learnt the ins and outs of LeadDesk's product and buyer persona. This is reflected in your effective pitches and connecting customers' needs to our solution.
- You've earned your stripes to be promoted to Account Manager. For example, you get to have your own client meetings and close deals.
- You'll be connecting with prospects and providing a stellar first impression of LeadDesk and our product.
- You'll be qualifying prospects while knowing which ones aren't the right fit.
- You'll be working closely with the Account Managers and Country Manager to ensure smooth sales processes.

- Ability to make a positive first impression and swiftly win your prospects' trust.
- Previous B2C or B2B experience in working in (ideally) telesales or a call center.
- Understanding of sales processes and B2B sales.
- Prospecting skills.
- Knowledge of tools like Hubspot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
