- Master of Science in Medical Technology.
- Background in MRI physics.
- Documented experience with MRI data analysis and processing, particularly in neuroimaging.
- Demonstrated experience in research activities relevant for the center activities.
- Good programming skills (e.g. MATLAB, R, or similar).
- Experience in using Services for sensitive data (TSD).
- Knowledge of neuroimaging toolkits (e.g. FSL, FreeSurfer).
- Manage running analysis pipelines on high-performance computing (HPC) clusters.
- Knowledge of Brain Imaging Data Stucture (BIDS).
- Experience with MRI pulse programming.
- Excellent communication skills in a Nordic language.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
- Strong scientific capacity and analytical skills as well as the ability to handle large, shared projects in multidisciplinary teams.
- Capability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Willingness to learn new skills as the laboratory grows and techniques evolve.
- Personal suitability for the position as well as genuine interest in the project.
