Duties and responsibilities:
  • The candidate will supervise PhD and postdoctoral researchers and perform data analyses of data generated by two-photon microscopy and in vivo electrophysiology as well as contributing with development.
Qualification requirements
  • A PhD degree or higher qualification in neuroscience.
  • Documented experience with advanced data analysis of neuroscience physiological recordings (two-photon microscopy data and electrophysiology).
  • Documented experience in troubleshooting in vivo two-photon microscopy and electrophysiology experiments.
  • Advanced programming skills in MATLAB, or experience with a similar programming language with the ability to start using MATLAB with little transition, is required.
  • Good understanding of neuroscience.
  • Experience in supervising PhDs and postdoctoral researchers.
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
