K-SIM AS Supply Chain team is looking for a forwarder to join our Supply Chain team at Bekkajordet. This employeement will last for five months.As a forwarder you will be responsible for shipment and coordinate internally and externally. You will support our delivery organizations in delivering projects to our customers worldwide - at the right time and right place. We are looking for a person with the right qualifications and attitude to join our team.No matter if you're just starting out or have a few years of experience, we're here to help you grow. Handle shipments from site for worldwide deliveries
Prepare and issue required export documents
Coordinating and support our internal teams and external customers
Contribute to a high service level and enhancement of working processes

We think you should have

Experience from international transport, logistics or global export
Logistics / Forwarding education
Experience in using digital tools like ERP and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures

You are

Service minded with excellent communication skills
Self-driven and team-oriented, systematic and have a structured way of working
Capable of managing a high level of activity and meeting deadlines
