- Deliver top-notch support to Norwegian-speaking customers through remote channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot a wide range of technical problems related to software and hardware.
- Walk customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear and concise solutions.
- Document all support interactions accurately in the support system and maintain thorough case records.
- Work closely with technical teams to escalate and address complex issues promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to confirm that their issues have been successfully resolved.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry developments to provide informed, quality support.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Experience with remote support tools and knowledge of CRM applications is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
