Offshore Service Specialist - Multilateral Technology

• Sikker og effektiv utførelse av MLT operasjoner offshore.
• Installasjon av MLT utstyr i henhold til kjøreprosedyrer og operasjonsplaner.
• Kjøring og installasjon av utstyr som Whipstock, Deflector, Junction, Casing Orienting Tool (COT), Workstring Oriantation Tool (WOT), Milling Assemblies, osv.
• Bruk av HCT eCompletion som rapporteringssystem ved planlegging og installasjon.
• Delta i pre- og post jobb møter i forbindelse med operasjoner.
• Teknisk opplæring på verkstedet må påregnes.
• Assistere verksted med klargjøring og testing av utstyr. Dette er spesielt aktuelt under opplæringsperiode.
• Samarbeide med lokal onshore team vedrørende teknologinvestigering og problemløsing.

• Kandidater med borerelatert erfaring foretrekkes (Rettningsboring, MWD, evt liner hanger/fisking)
• De med lignende operasjonell erfaring er også oppfordret til å søke.
• Bakgrunn fra elektrofag kan være fordelaktig til denne type stilling.
• Kandidater må være service innstilt og ha et ønske om å bidra positivt til avdelingen.
• Kandidater må kunne håndtere både engelsk og norsk som arbeidsspråk.

• Safe and effective execution of MLT operations offshore.
• Installation of MLT equipment in accordance with relevant procedures and operational plans.
• Running and installation of equipment such as Whipstock, Deflector, Junction, Casing Orienting Tool (COT), Workstring Orientation Tool (WOT), Milling Assemblies, etc.
• Use HCT eCompletion reporting system for planning and execution of jobs.
• Participate in pre- and post-job meetings for offshore operations.
• Technical training onshore and in the workshop should be expected.
• Assist workshop with preparation and testing of equipment. This will be particularly relevant during an initial training period.
• Cooperate with the local onshore team regarding issues such as technology investigations and incident reports.

• Candidates with drilling related experience are preferred. (Directional Drilling, MWD, alternatively liner hanger, fishing, etc)
• Candidates with other similar experience are encouraged to apply.
• Electrical engineering or similar background can be beneficial to this type of role.
• Candidates must be service minded and wish to provide a positive contribution to the MLT department.
• Candidates should be able to speak both Norwegian and English.
