Your primary focus will be on developing price setting for different segments of consumer loans, both automation of the process and setting the prices itself. Your key responsibilities will include:Own and evolve the Nordic pricing ecosystem for Consumer Loans, ensuring competitive, compliant, and profitable pricing across markets (e.g. interest rates, fees, segmentation frameworks, and portfolio pricing adjustments)Translate data into pricing and business decisions by analysing market trends, customer behavior, and price sensitivity to identify opportunities and recommend actionsDrive pricing strategy and governance by refining methodologies, ensuring alignment with risk and regulatory requirements, and maintaining clear documentation for audit and complianceEnable performance management and planning through forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis to support strategic and operational decisionsEnhance data-driven ways of working by improving reporting, developing dashboards, and increasing automation of pricing and analytics processesCollaborate and contribute across teams by partnering with stakeholders to improve products and campaigns, while supporting knowledge sharing and development within the team Experience and Background:You enjoy working at the intersection of data and business.
