Role overviewWe are looking for a System Operations Engineer to join our Customer Support team in Oslo. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support for our products and services, including system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer training both remote and on-site. You'll join a team of highly skilled operations engineers who support our global customers with all their questions on a daily basis.You'll work closely with colleagues across hardware, software, and FPGA to resolve issues, refine processes, and contribute to customer success. The role offers varied technical challenges, and the chance to build expertise in live media and broadcast technology.
