We are looking for a motivated student to support our sales team working with Health Care Professionals located in Asker. In this role you will gather hands-on experience within the sales, marketing and communication field and live a true international experience, interacting with colleagues from all over the world. To succeed in this position, we are looking for a digital savvy student with a can-do personality.
The standard working hours are 7,5 - 15 hours a week, and we prefer if you can start as soon as possible.
In the department, we have a pleasant and informal working atmosphere. We value flexibility, humor, and the lifting together as a team. We have a flat structure, and we are driven by self-empowerment.
The starting date would preferably be during June 2024, should we find the right match.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Student Assistant at Boehringer Ingelheim, you will:
  • Collaborate with cross functional support team with various administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the development of activities for the team working towards Doctors, Nurses, and other Health Care Professionals.
  • Assist our Communication department in Copenhagen, adapting to Norwegian language.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
  • Bachelor student in the field Human Resources, Marketing, Science, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
  • In possession of a valid EU residency permit.
  • You are enrolled in university, are about to finalize your bachelor and/or will start your master after summer.
  • Excellent command of the English and Norwegian languages.
  • You are comfortable with interacting with different stakeholders at different levels.
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong focus on solutions and results-oriented execution.
