Are you ready to be part of our journey?Norwegian office | Oslo cityAs our Sports Marketing Manager at adidas, you will be at the forefront of building a powerful sports community in the Nordics. Your role will involve signing and nurturing key partnerships with organizations like the Norwegian Athletic Association, Rosenborg BK and football players, as well as identifying and supporting the next generation of sports icons and rising talents. You will implement impactful global strategies locally, ensuring adidas’s presence is inspiring and relevant in the football, track and field, running and indoor scenes.The position is based in Oslo, and you will report to your Line Manager based in our Nordic HQ in Solna, Sweden.You will be one of 7 Nordic Team members in the Sports Marketing team in Nordics.You will be based at our Norwegian hub, located in central Oslo, and collaborate closely with our dedicated adidas team at our Solna office, where we have nearly 100 colleagues working across Sales, Marketing, and support functions, and connect with colleagues worldwide.The Nordics is part of our North Europe Cluster, bringing together the Nordics, UK, and Benelux as one team. We’re a workforce united through a common passion for Sport and Fashion, as well as working in an environment where everyone feels comfortable to be their true authentic self.What you’ll do:As a Sports Marketing Manager at adidas, you will lead sports partnerships, sign new players, athletes and organizations, and manage athlete portfolios. You will execute global strategies locally, coordinate and be responsible for managing Norwegian Athletic Association, football clubs, players and athlete portfolio. You’ll build relationships with athletes, agents, and partners, oversee budgets and spend, and track performance using reporting tools. Your work ensures adidas’s strong presence in Nordic sports and to maximize brand and business growth.   • Fluent Norwegian and English is necessary; another Nordic language would be beneficial.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Business objects skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work under pressure
  • Solution-oriented with a focus on achieving results
Life at adidas:We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 days in the office (2 fixed days for full collaboration with our colleagues) and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from home on the other 2 days.
