- Maintain hygiene and comply with health & safety regulations
- Contribute to menu development and new dish creation
- Mentor and support junior chefs and apprentices
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Culinary certificate or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently and under pressure
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
