Construction Coordinator / Lead (Manager)

• Define in liaison with the SM the fabrication scope of work, deliverables and requirements, based on Contract scope of work, relevant Company specifications and other governing documents.
• Familiarize with Fabrication Yard procedures and routines.
• Verify Constructability, Methods and planning work at Yard.
• Participate in development of the overall project schedule and ensuring adherence to proposed plan
• Issue weekly and monthly quality reports for site fabrication as required by the SM
• Perform regular inspections of construction sites and follow up the progress
• Monitor and review manufacturing/fabrication processes are performed in compliance with approved procedures.
• Report and notify management for fault and deviations and raise non-conformance report.
• Execute the required inspection activities in accordance with the ITPs
• Monitor and verify the quality of the fabrication contractor’s construction and Mechanical Completion activities
• Raise punch for deviations and non-conformances and ensure their closure
• Verify the progress and quality of the Manufacturers data Book.
• Safeguarding the quality of work
• Arranging or participating to meetings as required
• Predicting potential problems and raising it to the project team
• Ensuring adherence to project specification, standard and legislation.
• Check that traceability requirements on goods are in accordance with requirements.
• Participate on the Free Issue Equipment (FIM) receival inspection at Fabrication Yard
• Ensure that relevant working methods are followed
• Actively seek and propose improvements to working procedures, methods and tools.
• Participate as required in project closing activities.
• Participate in the evaluation of working methods and conditions thereby minimize the risk for workplace and environmental incidents and thereby minimize the risk for quality issues
• Daily rounds in workshops and monitor all worksites

• Technical education.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience with follow up Yard manning, progress and Quality Surveillance within oil and gas industry.
• Experience in fabrication/construction of oil & gas module/skid, pressure vessels, piping, valves, pumps, E&I etc...
• Fair knowledge of Welding / NDT inspection requirements
• Knowledge of international codes and standards like ASME, EN, API, IEC, NACE, NORSOK, PED, European CE marking.
• Full working proficiency in English.
