Our Completions Team partners with on-site operators and customers on well operations to ensure clients receive optimal capacity and value.Play a significant roleAs the Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of Baker Hughes’ Wellbore Intervention portfolio of products and services. You will manage and lead a team of onshore and offshore coordinators at the operational and execution end of the project. You will ensure project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. You will impact midterm developments and elaborate suggestions for the strategic plan.As a Service Delivery Manager – Wellbore Intervention, you will also be responsible for:
  • Ensuring on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs.
  • Ensuring that the business maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities by enabling flawless execution
  • Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility
  • Collaborating with sales, commercial, engineering, supply chain and other relevant stakeholder groups as well as direct interaction with customers
  • Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity
  • Enabling the team to understand contractual requirements for their assigned job portfolio to ensure profitability and continuous improvement
  • Developing the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelors degree in an engineering, commercial, or science subject
  • Have previous experience in oil and gas industry with particular focus on Wellbore Intervention techniques and processes
  • Have a good understanding and experience within the Norwegian market
  • Be able to communicate complex technical information to customers and stakeholders
  • Be adept at understanding contracts and influencing financial and cost saving opportunities
  • Demonstrate excellence in leadership, management and influencing stakeholders toward a common goal
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with teams, customers and stakeholders across multiple levels
  • Be able to deal with daily challenges in a positive and proactive way
  • Have a growth mindset and ‘can do’ attitude
