Industry: Consulting / Technology ServicesReady to lead, shape, and grow a high-performing .NET consulting team?We're looking for an experienced and driven Lead .NET Consultant to take the reins in building out our clients .NET capability from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on technical leadership with strategic team development in a fast-growing consulting environment.What You'll Do:
- Lead the delivery of complex .NET projects for clients across industries
- Build and mentor a team of .NET consultants, fostering a strong technical culture
- Define best practices, architecture standards, and delivery frameworks
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring, team structure, and service development
- Stay hands-on with modern .NET technologies while guiding others
- 10+ years of experience in .NET development, including .NET Core and Azure
- Proven leadership experience in consulting or client-facing roles
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and DevOps
- Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Blazor) is a plus
- Passion for mentoring, team building, and delivering high-quality solutions
- Fluent in Norwegian is a must
- Be the cornerstone of a new .NET practice with real influence and autonomy
- Work in a collaborative, low-hierarchy environment with quick decision-making
