As an Account Executive Team Leader, you’ll guide a talented team, manage key customer relationships, and drive growth in one of the world’s most vital industries.What You’ll Do
  • Lead with Purpose: Inspire and guide a team of Account Executives to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Own the Customer Journey: Oversee a portfolio of key accounts from onboarding to service delivery, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
  • Drive Growth: Identify new customers, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, close deals, and expand our footprint across energy and sustainability services.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Client Managers, fulfillment, and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence and contract compliance.
  • Coach & Develop: Mentor your team, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to keep your team and clients ahead of the game.
Team Leadership Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet evolving business needs.
  • Set clear goals, track KPIs, and drive accountability through regular performance reviews.
  • Lead strategic sales initiatives and projects that align with long-term business goals.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy team culture.
What You Bring
  • Proven leadership experience in sales or account management—ideally in energy, sustainability, or risk management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity and drive results.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
