- Lead with Purpose: Inspire and guide a team of Account Executives to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Own the Customer Journey: Oversee a portfolio of key accounts from onboarding to service delivery, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
- Drive Growth: Identify new customers, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, close deals, and expand our footprint across energy and sustainability services.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Client Managers, fulfillment, and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence and contract compliance.
- Coach & Develop: Mentor your team, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to keep your team and clients ahead of the game.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet evolving business needs.
- Set clear goals, track KPIs, and drive accountability through regular performance reviews.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives and projects that align with long-term business goals.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy team culture.
- Proven leadership experience in sales or account management—ideally in energy, sustainability, or risk management.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing customer accounts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage complexity and drive results.
- Experience working in a matrixed, international environment.
- Fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus).
