- Supervision and leadership of waiters and runners, with a strong focus on top-class service.
- Handling of bookings and guest relations, ensuring smooth shifts and excellent guest experiences.
- Creating a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
- Close collaboration with the General Manager, Bar Manager, and Head Chef to ensure holistic operations.
- Balance between operational presence on the floor and administrative tasks (staffing, shift planning, organization).
- Experience from the restaurant industry with solid understanding of operations.
- Enjoys working hands-on in daily operations while also managing administrative responsibilities.
- A clear and present leader who motivates and inspires the team.
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and staffing.
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and thrives under high pace.
- Passionate about the restaurant industry, with strong ambitions to grow further in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills. Speaking a Scandinavian language is a plus, not a must.
- Must live in the Oslo area, we do not provide accommodation.
