About the roleAs a Senior Publisher, you will ensure high-quality, consistent, and efficient product content across the Nordic markets. A key part of your role will be to support language review and adaptation of product content to maintain accuracy and cultural relevance. You will mentor your publishing team, optimize workflows, and leverage AI tools to scale content creation and localisation.We are hiring several Senior Publishers in Oslo. Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is required to support language review and adaptation for the Nordic markets.Key responsibilitiesOwn quality, structure, and consistency across assigned product categoriesAct as a key bridge between stakeholders and the publishing teamSupport and guide a group of publishers in their daily workEnsure efficient workflows and adherence to templates, guidelines, and best practicesPerform and oversee quality assurance of product contentSupport onboarding and knowledge sharing within the teamIdentify and drive improvements in workflows, tools, and AI-supported processesWork closely with the team to continuously evaluate and improve how AI is used in content creation, localisation, and workflowsPrioritise tasks when necessary to ensure timely deliveryEscalate deviations, bottlenecks, or emerging issues to relevant stakeholdersSurface risks or process gaps proactively and contribute to corrective actions.Contribute hands-on to publishing and localisation tasksProfileRelevant education within e-commerce, marketing, communication, or similar2 – 4+ years of experience within e-commerce, content, publishing, or similarStrong attention to detail and a structured, quality-driven mindsetExperience working with content, product data, or publishing workflowsComfortable supporting and guiding others in a team settingComfortable working with digital tools (CMS/PIM experience is a plus)Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish)Strong interest in AI tools and how they can improve content creation and workflowsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentLanguage skillsAll applicants must be fluent in English, as English is our company’s common working language.In addition, applicants must be fluent in at least one Nordic language: Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian.Work locationThis role is based in Oslo and involves working closely with one of our leading Nordic retail clients, with a minimum of 3 days on-site.Salary rangeNOK 550 000 - 600 000 per yearEmployment termsFixed-term employment (12 months), connected to a specific project, with an expected start date in May or June.
