Your job? Help people get the most out of their devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that make their daily lives easier.It’s a role where you learn fast, solve real problems, and become a mini expert in Dyson’s technology.You will:
  • Handle calls, emails and messages from Norwegian-speaking Dyson customers
  • Guide users on how to get the best out of their Dyson products
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and patience
  • Process repairs, warranty claims and replacements
  • Recommend products based on customer needs
  • Communicate in a friendly, professional way that leaves customers feeling supported
RequirementsYou bring:
  • Fluency in Norwegian + good English skills
  • A calm, solution-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity about tech (you don’t need to be an engineer!)
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • A positive attitude and readiness for life in a new country
