You will own our end-to-end global People & Talent strategy. You will own the global end-to-end People & Talent strategy. Initially, you will operate as an individual contributor responsible for building the People function from the ground up. Cultural expressions (day-to-day behaviors and execution) are inline with defined company values.Talent management: Open positions have a strong candidate pipeline. Top talent is retained, low performers are quickly identified. New hires are efficiently onboarded and ramped.
