But we're also diving into the future with projects within Offshore Renewables, Seabed Minerals, and emerging technologies.With over 200 engineers in Norway and a center of excellence in Haugesund, we're proud to be at the forefront of the ocean services industry - enabling the energy transition and sustainable use of ocean resources.What you'll do as a Pre-Commissioning EngineerYou'll play a key role in planning and executing pre-commissioning activities across a range of offshore projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Engineering and planning of pre-commissioning / ready-for-operation (RFO) scopes for subsea flexibles and umbilicals and testing and monitoring of cables and umbilicals
Designing pre-commissioning methodology according to relevant standards and regulations
Supporting vessel mobilization/demobilization and offshore execution
Follow-up projects through participation in onshore site visits - some travelling is expected.
Reviewing and developing technical documentation and procedures in projects and tenders
Advising on best practices and ensuring compliance with international standards (API, DNV, ISO, etc.)
Follow-up of pre-commissioning sub-contractors
Contributing to R&D initiatives and staying updated on new technologies
Promoting a strong HSE and quality culture across all project phases

Who we're looking forWe're looking for someone with a solid foundation and a can-do attitude. Ideally, you have:

A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or Ocean Engineering
3 - 5+ years of relevant experience in offshore pre-commissioning, including hands-on offshore or yard work
Good understanding of subsea control systems and the requirements for testing and monitoring of cables and umbilicals
General knowledge of pig design and functionality
Experience with FEED and EPCI projects
Strong knowledge of relevant international codes and offshore regulations
Offshore certifications (e.g. BOSIET, OGUK) or are able to qualify for them, and ability to travel internationally
