Join our dedicated Service team and play a key role in maintaining and repairing a wide range of professional security systems for customers across the Nordic region and beyond. This is an autonomous, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You’ll thrive here if you enjoy problem‑solving, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of your work.What you’ll be doing

Diagnosing and resolving faults on CCTV, IP CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Door Entry Systems, and associated server/workstation hardware and software.
Participating in an out‑of‑hours callout rota to support customers when they need it most.
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across the full range of security systems and IT‑related equipment.
Travelling to customer sites across the Nordic region and occasionally staying away when required.
Monitoring your workload and updating the Service Manager during regular service meetings, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
Supporting and mentoring other engineers or Junior Engineers when assigned, helping them develop their skills and confidence.

Requirements

Proven experience working with security systems.
A full Category B driving licence.
Eligibility to obtain the required level of security clearance.
Strong written and spoken English.
Confident communication skills and good computer literacy.
