As a Senior Firmware Engineer, you will work across the full product lifecycle within our R&D organization, designing, developing, testing, and refining the firmware that powers our hardware platforms.You'll work close to the technology, contributing to complex embedded systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work across different layers of embedded development and play a key role in evolving our firmware capabilities as our products continue to grow. Tasks and Responsibilities * Develop and maintain firmware for microcontroller-based systems in C/C++ (bare-metal and RTOS), including work on STM32 (ARM Cortex-M) platforms.
  • Integrate and control hardware peripherals such as SPI, I2C, UART, DMA, GPIO, and interrupts, working closely with hardware teams.
  • Debug and validate embedded systems using tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG/SWD, while working with schematics and hardware datasheets.
  • Contribute to embedded Linux development, including building custom Linux images (e.g., Yocto) and working with board support packages.
  • Design robust, maintainable firmware by applying solid software engineering practices such as version control, modular architecture, and automated builds.
Job Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degreein Cybernetics, Robotics, Embedded Systems, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Proficient programming in Embedded C/C++, particularly for microcontroller-based systems and motion control applications.
  • Hands-on experience with embedded development, including bare-metal or RTOS environments.
  • Experience with embedded Linux is a plus, particularly in systems where Linux interacts with microcontroller-based platforms.
  • Experience with HMI or user interface integration is beneficial.
