You would handle customer inquiries, register orders, follow up on deliveries, and support tasks related to the customer ledger and outstanding receivables.You would also:
- Provide proactive and professional customer service, ensuring fast, accurate handling of inquiries and clear communication throughout the process.
- Advise customers on product selection, delivery options, and other service-related questions.
- Register orders efficiently and coordinate daily with the factory/suppliers to secure deliveries according to customer requirements.
- Monitor delivery progress, inform customers of any changes or delays, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Register new customers, conduct credit assessments, and manage internal and external inquiries related to the customer ledger.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has completed upper secondary school, preferably with education in sales/marketing, and experience in customer service.
- Demonstrates strong customer understanding, learns quickly, and has experience with customer ledgers and customer handling.
- Possesses good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Is comfortable using the department's systems, tools, and digital solutions, ideally including SAP.
- Works in a structured, service-minded, and proactive way, with the ability to build relationships, take initiative, and work independently.
