- Plan, manage, and control a portfolio of after-market delivery projects.
- Motivate and follow up with your project teams.
- Establish and maintain good customer relations.
- Handle and secure variation orders during the projects.
- Support sales and contribute to continuous improvements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
- Experience as a Project Manager, or aspiring for such a challenge.
- Experience with customer relations.
- Knowledge or interest in maritime operations and products.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Act on your own initiative and have the power to follow through.
- Take ownership and responsibility for time, cost, and quality in your projects.
- Identify potential risks and monitor the financial impact of your activities.
- Build your network and utilize it to achieve set goals.
- Provide your project teams with clear direction, inspire and coordinate others, and keep them focused on delivering.
- Use a methodical and systematic approach, plan ahead, define clear priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
