
TSP Administration Coordinator

- Ensure time registration and payments comply with the local offshore Service Agreement
- Provide training and support to TSP on time registration as needed
- Coordinate with and report to the payroll department
- Offer guidance on matters related to timekeeping, payment, and the offshore Service Agreement
- Assist with financial forecasting and analysis for TSP cost centers
- Support shift planning activities
- Coordinate and assist with manning of personnel offshore
- Provide general administrative support to the department as required
- A bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in time administration, accounting, payroll, planning, and coordination
- Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- Excellent ability to plan and organize work effectively
- Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- A high degree of flexibility and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with SAP
