You’ll support Dyson customers and help them get the most out of their products - from troubleshooting to guiding them through features and repairs. No need to be a tech genius from day one; you’ll get full training.Your Daily Tasks Will Include:
  • Handling calls, messages and emails from Dyson users
  • Helping with product questions, troubleshooting and usage tips
  • Processing warranties, repairs, and replacements
  • Recommending products based on customer needs
  • Ensuring customers have a smooth, positive experience
  • Collaborating with a professional, international team
RequirementsStrong communication skills in Norwegian and EnglishA detail-oriented and problem-solving mindsetAbility to stay calm when things don’t go as plannedPrevious customer support experience is a plus, but not requiredBenefits
