QA E&P EngineerWe are looking for a QA E&P Engineer to implement and enforce quality assurance and quality control for all Electrical & Power systems on a hyperscale data center project. You will ensure installations meet client specifications, international standards, and commissioning requirements, supporting defect-free, fully traceable, and resilient power infrastructure.What You’ll DoYou will lead QA/QC activities for all electrical and power systems, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved methods. You will conduct inspections, audits, and surveillance, manage quality documentation, oversee testing and commissioning readiness, and support phased energization handovers. You will identify non-conformances, track NCRs, and collaborate with construction, commissioning, and client teams to maintain quality and safety standards.Key responsibilities include:Implementing and managing QA/QC plans for Electrical & Power systemsConducting inspections, audits, and routine quality surveillanceReviewing and approving Electrical ITPs, check sheets, and test proceduresOverseeing installation quality for MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, earthing, cabling, and terminationsEnsuring correct installation, labeling, and system identificationSupporting FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, and energization readinessMaintaining full traceability of materials, test reports, and as-built documentationIdentifying defects, managing NCRs, and supporting snag resolutionEnsuring QA activities comply with HSE requirements and promoting a quality-driven, safety-first cultureReporting on quality status and metrics to project leadership and coordinating with stakeholdersWho We’re Looking ForYou hold a degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and have proven experience in QA/QC for electrical and power systems, ideally in data centers, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, or high-tech projects.
