- Lead design and development of electronic hardware for drone payloads
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and prototypes
- Test, debug, and improve designs for performance, reliability, and robustness
- Work closely with software, mechanical, and systems engineering
- Select components and make sound technical tradeoffs
- Contribute to industrialization and production readiness
- Set a high technical standard through your own work
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or similar
- Strong experience in electronics design and embedded hardware
- Solid skills in schematics, PCB design, debugging, validation, and bring-up
- Good understanding of analog and digital electronics, power, and signal integrity
- Experience taking products from prototype to production
- Comfortable making tradeoffs under real engineering constraints
- High level of ownership, execution, and engineering judgment
- Comfortable working in a small, hands-on, high-expectation environment
- Experience with UAVs, aerospace, rugged electronics, or defense-related systems
- Experience with compact, weight-sensitive, or power-constrained products
This position requires relocation to Kautokeino, Norway.
