Duration: Contract until March 31, 2027About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced LCI Coordinator to join a major project within the oil & gas sector. This role focuses on coordinating and ensuring the quality of Life Cycle Information (LCI) deliverables across the project lifecycle.You will play a key role in ensuring that project information is structured, compliant, and ready for seamless handover to the client.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and ensure timely execution of LCI activities across the projectMonitor progress and quality of LCI deliverables within the project organizationDevelop and maintain the project’s LCI planReport LCI status to stakeholdersEnsure accurate transfer of information to client systems and databasesPromote awareness and compliance with LCI requirements across disciplinesSupport teams with LCI-related change requestsVerify and quality-check LCI deliverables prior to client handoverRequired QualificationsRelevant technical background (engineering or similar)Proven experience working as an LCI CoordinatorStrong knowledge of LCI requirements (e.g., TR 2381)Experience with project execution frameworks such as PEMHands-on experience with project systems and toolsSystems & ToolsProCoSysSTIDTIMESAPPIMSMicrosoft Excel & PowerPointPersonal AttributesHighly structured and detail-orientedStrong communication and coordination skillsGood system understanding and data management capabilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyLanguage RequirementsFluent in both Norwegian and EnglishAbout SpertonThis Position is Sponsored by Sperton Global, a recruitment and consulting company with an international reach.
