Our client operates within a highly advanced and regulated technology environment, delivering complex and mission-critical solutions.This is an opportunity to contribute to technically demanding projects in a structured and quality-focused organization.Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical design and development of components and systemsPreparation of technical documentation and design drawingsClose collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teamsEnsuring compliance with relevant standards and project specificationsParticipation in design reviews and continuous improvement processesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related disciplineProven experience in mechanical designAbility to work onsite in Kongsberg at least four days per weekEligibility to obtain Norwegian security clearance within approximately three months, in accordance with national regulationsPlease note: Security clearance eligibility is determined by Norwegian authorities and may involve specific citizenship and background requirements.Preferred QualificationsExperience with CATIA (design software) is a strong advantageBackground from defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated industriesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStructured and detail-oriented approachWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on advanced and technically challenging projectsProfessional and collaborative work environmentCompetitive compensationLong-term opportunities through SpertonApplication ProcessI look forward to receiving your application!
