HSECC Lead (HSE construction and commissioning)

• Closely follow up contractors’ safety, security and sustainability (SSU) performance during execution of construction activities.
• Ensure contracts meets the SSU contractual requirements and project SSU KPIs.
• Provide active safety leadership and guidance to contractors and project team.
• Conduct various assurance activities related to SSU scope during project execution phase.
• Responsible for the execution of the sites SSU Plan, the Security Plan, the Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan, and ensure that the bridging documents toward the contractors are established and maintained.
• Ensure that emergency response exercises and other trainings and exercises are planned, conducted, and evaluated.
• Ensure that the projects’ organisation builds a strong SSU culture both internally and among the contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure and participate in contractor’s risk assessment and method statements, HSE monitoring, and incident reporting according to project management system.
• Monitor and audit onshore and offshore activities and collaborate with all site departments to drive improvements and ensure contractors and suppliers meet the Clients requirements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience from construction operations including offshore construction.
• Possess Polish license of Occupational Health and Safety Specialist,
• Health and Safety focus essential -IOSH, NEBOSH qualification preferable.
• Mindset set for being hands on, focused on continues improvement and extracting lessons learnt. Pay attention to details and challenge existing.
• Team player.
• Ready to travel and be present at site locations on daily basis.
• For offshore scope GWO and experience in offshore work is required.
