- Andøya Spaceport (ASX) Service Center:
- Run the ASX Service Center, coordinating and solving internal and external time-critical service requests.
- Lead and develop the service to ensure a professional interface towards customers.
- Office Management:
- Administrative tasks to support whole organization inside and outside of Missions.
- Coordinate the implementation of decisions from the Spaceport-management.
- Contribute in the facilitation of in-house reporting to Board of Directors, owners and Company management.
- Contribute and assist managers in invoice handling, budgeting and forecasts.
- Assist the Spaceport management in occurring tasks.
- Event Management:
- Support the planning and execution of Andoya Spaceport's participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and other events.
- Support event budgets, logistics, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate external visits to the Spaceport.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in administration, finance, management or another relevant or related field.
