And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.We are looking for a skilled Lead Mainframe zSecurity Systems Administrator ACF2 with ideally 5 years or more of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices for mainframe environments, compliance, auditing and health check support, providing requested reports on behalf of the customer
Renewal and implementation of certificates in mainframe environments.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of mainframe operations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ideally 5 years or more of experience in mainframe security administration.
Expertise in ACF2 administration, including user management, access control, and security policy implementation.
Knowledge of mainframe security principles and practices.
Understanding of mainframe systems (z/OS).
Security tools and technologies used in mainframe environments.
Proficient in English (must have)

Nice to have:

Other mainframe security products such as RACF or Top Secret.
Encryption technologies and data protection methods.
Regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
