We have solid Norwegian and international investors and have great ambitions for the future.UX/UI DesignerWe are looking for a versatile designer who can take ownership of the user experience in our patient app and back office systems. Together with our Product Manager you will be responsible for improving existing products and building new functions, products and services. You will be responsible for both UX, UI and our brand. Since we are a scale-up, we all have a variety of hats and responsibilities, and we are looking for a team player who is flexible and contributes where needed.ResponsibilityUX / UI for the patient app, back-office systems, and website/promotional materialsStreamline the daily responsibilities of our healthcare professionals, administration, and support staffFurther develop the design system and Eyr's brandIntegrate user insights and conduct thorough user testingMaintain Eyr's brand standards and collaborate with the marketing team for further developmentQualificationsAt least 2 years of relevant experienceUsed to working closely with developers in a product development teamUsed to following a product from insight, through development and testing to implementation and iterationExperience in doing user insights and user testingExperience in creating overviews and user journeysGood visual skillsEager to learnGood oral and written English skills, bonus points for any Scandinavian languageWho you areYou are comfortable in a digital product development environment, and are used to being the link between business, users and development.
