Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Norwegian Online Store Advisor to join a dynamic team in vibrant Sofia, offering fully paid relocation! In this role, you will provide expert assistance to Norwegian clients, ensuring an effortless and satisfying shopping experience on our digital platform.Your primary focus will be to support customer inquiries and technical issues with expert assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction.   • Offer support to Norwegian-speaking customers with online store navigation, orders, and payments
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly via chat, email, and phone
  • Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service
  • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies
Requirements
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken. Ensure your native language and nationality are specified in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in e-commerce, online retail, or customer support is desirable
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently and multitask effectively
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with a professional work attitude
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia with fully paid relocation support
