Key Task and Responsibilities: * Maintain a comprehensive overviewof your assigned product, ensuring quality, structural integrity, and design alignment
  • Assess product performancewithin the AutoStore`s context, identifying technical gaps and driving broad improvements
  • Take an Active role in structural assessments, including performing with load calculations, FEA analysis, mechanical integrity, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partners, Product Owners, Project Managers, and R&D teams to meet project objectives.
  • Lead improvement initiativesby assembling and guiding project teams while fostering a collaborative, cross-disciplinary development culture
We're seeking candidates with: * 5+ years of practical experience in mechanical design for manufacturing, assembly, and mass production with adegree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or any related field.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD, FEA simulations, FMEA, ISO GPS, and PLM systems.
  • Product Development Experienceprototyping and designing for processes like sheet metal stamping, die casting, or injection molding, using DfA and DfM principles.
  • The ability to thrive inTesting and Improvement: material testing, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement.
