- Be the SAP and Pricing Procedure expert within Pricing organization and drive optimization and alignment of the processes and tools related to special price agreements
- Responsible for special price update in ERP systems – bridging the quotation tools with SAP, including pricing procedure management and optimization
- Special Price Agreements for the country through calculating impact and claims, diagnostics, managing customer discount agreements, running claims and act as Schneider Electric customer contact on Special Price Agreements
- Gate keeper of Pricing – ensuring Chart of Authority and Delegation of Authority is followed
- Strong collaboration with Pricing Analysts and Pricing Managers in collaboration with all the Nordic Baltic Countries
- Support the organization with ad-hoc requests
- Manage data transfers and clean-ups, link data from various sources and understand business requirements for tools
- Build, maintain and develop models related to price agreements
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Microsoft Office esp. - Advanced Excel skills / Knowledge of Tableau / Power Pivot
- Ability to master big data and tools together with the ability to translate complex analytics into easy-to understand and visual insights for the business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
