Ready to take on the role as Head of Group Accounting in a global tech scale up?

• lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and ensure high quality group financial reporting
• prepare and present consolidated P&L, financial insights, and management reporting
• oversee the Annual Report and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
• manage tax reporting and transfer pricing
• maintain and develop financial models and forecasts together with the CFO
• support strategic decision-making through ad hoc financial analyses
• ensure alignment and consistency across local finance teams
• drive improvements in reporting, processes, and systems
• manage collaboration with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders

• master’s degree in auditing, economics, finance, or a related field (MRR is an advantage)
• minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or auditing—ideally in an international setting
• strong understanding of accounting principles, financial management, and tax
• proven experience with consolidation and reporting systems
• strong ERP and Excel skills
• fluency in a Scandinavian language and English
