- Drive Nordic campaigns: Lead marketing automation initiatives across Norway, Sweden, and Finland, delivering personalized campaigns for Consumer Lending, Credit Card, and Deposit products.
- Leverage cutting-edge CDP (in process): Be our CDP superstar, where you will deploy event-triggered automations and real-time personalization, transforming data into engaging customer experiences.
- Optimize with Agillic: Design, build, and optimize marketing campaigns in Agillic using advanced audience segmentation, A/B testing, and automated workflows to continually boost engagement and conversion rates.
- Be data-driven: Together with the analytics team, harness customer insights and predictive modeling to refine campaign targeting and messaging, ensuring every initiative is optimized for performance and ROI.
- Own end-to-end execution: Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across email, push notifications, and in-product channels, ensuring a cohesive omnichannel customer journey that delights at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate & innovate: Work closely with Product, Data, and Creative teams to align automation strategies with product launches, data insights, and compelling creative content.
- Technical leadership: Serve as the go-to technical expert for marketing automation, ensuring seamless integration between our CDP, CRM, and marketing platforms to enable personalized marketing at scale.
- Forward-thinking approach: Stay ahead of marketing automation trends and champion innovative approaches (like AI-driven personalization) to keep our strategies cutting-edge and high-impact.
- 3--5 years of hands-on experience within Marketing Automation platforms (Agillic, Salesforce, Adobe, Voyado, or similar).
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (Tealium CDP or equivalent) and event-driven personalization is preferable.
- Strong skills in automation and segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance.
- Practical experience across email, push, and app channels --- with a track record of improving engagement and conversion.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions and optimizations.
- A collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach --- eager to take ownership and make an impact.
- Bank or Finance industry is optimal, but not necessary.
