Job Description Summary GE HealthCare is undergoing a LEAN transformation to make it a simpler, faster and even more customer centric organization. The LEAN transformation will accelerate performance improvement and strengthen capabilities to deliver on its strategic priorities. LEAN is how we deliver for our people, patients, and consumers.The LEAN Expert role based at the Oslo site will be part of the team responsible for the design and execution of the LEAN transformation roadmap for the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics Integrated Supply Chain Business Unit reporting to the site Lean Leader. The LEAN team is responsible for developing and deploying the LEAN behaviors, principles, standards, and tools across the network and specifically the Oslo site to drive tangible business value.This role is critical to driving the Cultural Change required to move GEHC PDx to a true LEAN organization. The role requires hands-on experience applying Lean/driving results through continuous improvement and will be a contributing leader to the overall success of the program.Job DescriptionGE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters. Provide overall LEAN coaching at the site and drive the LEAN transformation by:

Serving as a champion, coach, mentor for change by influencing teams to better understanding and adopt lean principles, problem-solving methodologies, digital adaptation and ultimately fostering a culture of change and servant leadership
Partnering with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute improvement opportunities through Kaizen
Driving the execution of Kaizens and LEAN events to deliver on the Continuous Improvement plan
‘Hands on’ approach in showcasing application of Lean tools (Standard work, Daily management, problem solving, Value stream mapping, 5S etc..)

Qualifications and Experience

Good experience in roles responsible for operations / supply chain
Technical education (MSc or BSc) with proven practical experience
Data driven improvement mindset
Used LEAN toolset with proven results
Ability to facilitate and conduct improvement work with leadership ability to shape and drive change

Skills

Strong communication ability across all levels of a business
Ability to grow cross functional relationships and to influence outside of immediate sphere of control
Motivated to achieve results through teamwork and cross functional collaboration
Customer focused mindset
Strategic mindset with hands-on approach
Passion to chase the end goal and to drive the site performance forwards
