- Designing and implementing global compensation structures, including executive compensation and equity-based programs.
- Leading the annual salary and bonus review process in collaboration with HR Operations and Finance.
- Conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
- Managing global mobility programs, including international assignments, relocation, immigration, and tax compliance.
- Advising senior leaders and HR Business Partners across the organization.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ESG requirements.
- Leading the Global Mobility Specialist (direct report).
- A relevant degree in HR, Business Administration or similar. A master's degree or certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
- 7--10 years of experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs, including executive compensation.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS and compensation software.
- Deep knowledge of compensation and mobility principles and legislation.
