With a focus on flexibility, D-Cloud provides scalable solutions with transparent, pay-as-you-go pricing models.Role ObjectiveThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager based in Oslo, with partial remote work flexibility. The Customer Success Manager will foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and the successful implementation of D-Cloud’s services. The role involves onboarding clients, monitoring their ongoing needs, proactively addressing challenges, and ensuring their long-term success. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to provide resolutions, deliver value, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, while continually seeking opportunities for service optimization and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer relationship management, client onboarding, and building long-term partnershipsAbility to create and execute customer success strategies while ensuring satisfaction with servicesStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilitiesKnowledge of cloud platforms, hybrid cloud architectures, and data security best practicesFamiliarity with account management tools and CRM softwareAdaptability to hybrid work arrangements and willingness to occasionally travel to client sites as neededPrevious technical or customer success experience in the IT or cloud services industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or another relevant fieldCandidate ProfileSeveral years of experience in sales of products and services, preferably within private, hybrid, or public cloud infrastructure solutions, data center solutions, or similarProven experience in outbound/proactive salesDocumented experience in leading and developing sales teamsRelevant education in business, technology, or a related fieldStrong technical understanding of private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments (Nutanix, Azure, VMware, etc.)Excellent communication skills, with experience communicating at C-levelConfident, proactive, people-oriented, motivating, collaborative, operational, strategic, and self-drivenFluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spokenWhy You'll Love This PositionAn exciting and central role in a company with strong ambitions, at one of Norway’s most innovative cloud service providersOpportunity to work with cloud technologies at the intersection of private and public infrastructureOpportunity to help shape and develop your own role, and to be part of the management teamA flat, collaborative organization where your ideas are valued and heardCompetitive compensation package – consisting of base salary and bonus, with attractive pension and insurance schemes, etc.Flexibility in terms of working from our Oslo office (Skøyen) or partly from homeWe are in an exciting growth phase, modernizing our infrastructure, expanding our service portfolio, and building the next generation of cloud solutions.
