Job Description:Overview:Would you like to work with human resources, in the Learning and Development area for one of the world’s leading supply chain companies? We are looking for a capable and sociable student to work part-time to support Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s global People & Organization development (POD) team in Lysaker.As an HR Intern, you will be part of our Learning and Development team in the POD team. The team is responsible for driving strategic learning initiatives in close cooperation with HR in the business areas and aligned with the strategy.
Job DescriptionThe HR intern will contribute to maintaining and developing our learning material supporting our activities, processes and tools.The role includes tasks such as:
  • Support the development of materials for the programs and learning initiatives as well as documents related to the learning strategy
  • Produce e-learning content using and support the deployment through our learning management platform
  • Produce tailored content for our digital channels such as HR intranet pages or Viva engage.
  • Cooperate with diverse stakeholders
The position is based at Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s head office in Lysaker, Norway. The candidate must be able to work at least 24 hours per week during daytime.
Job Requirements
  • Organized person with an eye for details
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Fluency in English, requires strong writing skills for all communication channels in English
  • Excellent at using powerpoint
  • Creative, open-minded team player with strong initiative and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience with social platforms like Viva is an advantage
  • The ideal candidate is preferably a student within the field of HR or similar
