- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales teams across the Nordic and Baltic countries, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and a culture of performance and collaboration.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Foster close collaboration between the sales organization, technical teams, and factories to ensure smooth project execution and optimal customer solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Oversee the full sales process, from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
- Provide technical and commercial guidance to customers, ensuring solutions align with both customer needs and company capabilities.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to anticipate changes and identify opportunities.
- Support strategic planning and business development initiatives across CCR’s regional operations.
- Represent CCR at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements across the Nordics and Baltics.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in industrial or technical sales, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership or regional management role.
- Strong track record in leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple countries.
- Deep understanding of industrial systems, processes, and equipment sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration between commercial, technical, and operational teams.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more Nordic anguages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
