- Collaborate and build relationships across the Scandinavian Region and Dun & Bradstreet.
- Mentor, motivate and coach fellow team members to ensure they are effective in their roles.
- Lead by example as a challenger champion, and support solution managers to challenge customers.
- Work proactively to generate, follow up and qualify leads from the other teams.
- Proactively hunt new business opportunities within aligned segments.
- Design and sell complex solutions based on existing product portfolio applied to the customers needs and requirements.
- Ensure inclusion and timely response to RFP/RFIs.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of competitive solutions with area of expertise.
- Work collaboratively with blue and green team to create account and vertical plans.
- Create compelling solutions, proposals and ROI documentation.
- Work with Post-Sales to transition to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track record in peer to peer coaching and able to lead the way in driving the sales process.
- Deep experience in new business sales within a specific solution set, leveraging a challenger sales approach.
- Excellent negotiation, strong presentation skills, as well as written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in an ever-changing environment.
- Strong understanding of customer processes (marketing, compliance, credit) and the relevant customer proposition within the specific area of expertise.
- Senior experience from Solution Sales.
- Appropriate knowledge of relevant industries and markets.
- Ability to work in dynamic, results driven and fast paced culture.
- Results driven.
