- Lead market research and analysis to develop a deep understanding of the Accounts Payable market - especially in the Nordics, BENE, and UK - including customer needs, personas, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Define our market positioning and value proposition for AP, translating product features into clear customer benefits and business outcomes.
- Create and maintain compelling messaging for launches and ongoing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touch-points.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and integrations, collaborating with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Sales.
- Produce high-quality marketing and sales collateral (sales decks, one-pagers, product sheets, case studies, customer advocacy materials, etc.) to support awareness, adoption, enablement, and revenue growth.
- Drive customer advocacy by creating success stories, testimonials, and case studies that highlight the impact of our AP solution.
- Partner with Brand & Comms, Demand Generation and Field Marketing to build targeted campaigns that drive pipeline and product engagement.
- Ensure knowledge and insights are shared across teams, acting as the go-to expert on the AP product and markets.
- BS/MS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or customer experience within SaaS, fintech, or tech companies.
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Payments, or Finance SaaS is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and launches in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) and generate buy-in across different stakeholder groups.
- Strong skills in storytelling, messaging, and creating engaging product and sales content.
- A data - and insights - driven mindset, with the ability to translate research into actionable strategy.
- Creative and structured, with a focus on delivering tangible business results.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Located in the Nordics (ideally in Oslo) and ideally fluent in Norwegian.
