performanceGetting dirty: Deliver the annual budget, the monthly management reports, and work with our
boards to highlight improvementsDevelop: Look outside of Visma to peers, acquisition candidates, and analysts to coach the
management team in improving our strategy at the segment and business unit levelsBusiness Partner: Be a trusted business partner to the segment director in showcasing the value
creation of the segment through facts and dataKey stakeholdersSegment management team: Correct and timely reporting, budgets, and strategic analysisBusiness units: Proactively engage with the business units in the segment to uncover and respond
to underlying trends. Assist finance directors for the business units in understanding key metrics,
how to present them to their boards, and how they affect the financial forecastsVisma finance function: Work closely with the group FP&A function to ensure common
understanding of definitions, zero duplication of work, and joint improvements to our reporting
stackSupport the segment director in reporting and presenting to the Board of the Visma GroupQualifications and personal attributesThe groundworkMaster's degree in economics, finance, or a similar fieldA minimum of five years of relevant experienceKeen interest and skills in IT-systems and analytical toolsExcellent communication skills, with English fluency, written and oralFoundationStrong commercial acumenAbility to identify underlying trends in KPIs and financial data and recommend actions to improve
performanceBasic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/Local GAAP)Software market and product knowledgePassionPassion for technology and knowledge of software development processesFundamental understanding of customers, market drivers, pricing models, competitive landscape
and products in the software industryFundamental understanding of how metrics and key performance indicators enhance and support
