- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical problems related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device functionality.
- Assist customers in enhancing their mobile device usage and offer customized solutions tailored to their needs.
- Document all support interactions and solutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to the improvement of support processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and resolution of issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile technology to provide informed support.
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in mobile support or technical support is advantageous.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, especially with mobile devices.
- Outstanding customer service abilities and effective communication skills with a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote working environment.
