Join an Exciting Project as a ServiceNow HR Technical ConsultantAbout the ProjectOur client is preparing for a major HR transformation, with a brand-new HR system going live in March 2026. To ensure a seamless employee experience, they're implementing ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery module as the core ticketing and inquiry management system. Employees will access services through Employee Center and Now Mobile, making this a high-impact role at the heart of their digital journey.Your RoleAs a ServiceNow HR Technical Consultant, you'll take the lead in configuring and deploying a fully operational HR Service Delivery solution. This includes building HR Workspace, creating dynamic forms, and enabling Now Mobile functionality-ensuring the system is robust, intuitive, and ready to support thousands of employees.What You'll Be Doing:

Configure and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery as a complete ticketing solution
Set up HR Workspace, forms, and mobile capabilities
Ensure the solution meets all functional and business requirements to support the new HR system

What We're Looking ForProfessional Expertise:

ServiceNow Certifications:

Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources
Application Developer
Proven hands-on experience in:

Implementing HR Service Delivery
Configuring HR modules in Now Mobile
At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience

Personal Qualities:

Highly structured and methodical in your approach
Strong communicator and collaborator
Proven ability to deliver and execute in a fast-paced environment

What You Need to Know

Location: Norway
Work Setup: 5 days per week on-site
Start Date: 01.09.2025
End Date: 19.12.2025 (with potential 2-month extension)
Language: Fluent English (Nordic language is a plus)
Rate: Competitive (to be confirmed)
