But at the heart of our business is our people.Role PurposeUnloading and loading of luggage, cargo and mail on and off commercial aircrafts in accordance with Company and Airport procedures and in line with the relevant training received. Driving and operating specialized ground service equipment and commercial vehicles. To offer the highest levels of customer care and exceed passenger expectations of the airline travel experience.Job type: Seasonal, 100%
Working hours: Rotating shifts (early, mid, late), including weekends and public holidays
Start date: Too be agreed 2026What you will be doingA Ramp Agent works both inside Oslo Airports baggage sorting area and outside at the gates to prepare the aircrafts for either parking or new departure.
- Loading and offloading on and from aircraft manually or mechanically in accordance with the relevant handling procedures.
- Move cargo, baggage and mail on and off the aircraft and transport it between aircraft, airport terminal, air cargo facilities and other aircrafts.
- Prepare equipment and materials to service and aircraft within the designated time and safety requirements.
- Carry out aircraft inspections.
- To report any incidents/accidents with yourself, other staff or aircraft immediately to the accountable Managers
- Have good communication skills, be driven and self-motivated.
- Detailed knowledge of both a Scandinavian language and English (written and verbal).
- To be able to work in a team, under pressure and sometimes under conflicting situations.
- The job is physically challenging and mainly outdoor. Must be comfortable working under all weather conditions.
- Must be able and flexible to work in variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver license (B).
- That you have lived within the EU/EAA consecutively for the past five years
- That you can provide documentation for what you have been doing the past five years (Education, employments)
- That you can provide a translated Police Certificate from all countries you have lived in the past five years.
